Notacon 12 Pre-Survey
Notacon is a community of makers, hackers, coders, and artists who come together to share our projects and techniques, and to connect and build relationships with other do-ers.

Our yearly event is community driven and has been held in Cleveland since its inception in 2004.  Cleveland, known for its affordability and hospitality to conventions, offers many attractions including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Great Lakes Science Center, a large theater district, ethnic neighborhoods, and natural scenery.

Notacon has featured many unique talks on diverse topics such as hardware and software hacking, the demoscene, DIY art and music, and retro computing.  It has hosted Block Party and PixelJam, two of the only recently active demoparties in North America.

We also welcome any other technology related topics that interest our community, from general ones such as documentary making and web standards, to more esoteric ones such as programming culture and neurohacking.

In addition to the talks, Notacon has presented live music, games, contests, and hands-on activities.  Notacon also has a history of supporting the movements that evolved into the present day makerspace, and it will continue to host activities for makers and interested learners.

We are now busy planning for Notacon 12 in 2015 and we would love some feedback about what you'd like to see there.  Please help us out by completing this short survey.
